Najem AI · United Arab Emirates

Privacy notice · UAE review draft

This draft describes the information and decisions that must be confirmed for a complete privacy notice. It is not a verified statement of every deployed data practice.

Operator and scope

Najemae is the company name supplied for Najem AI. The registered address and privacy contact are still being confirmed. This notice is a review draft until the operator details and deployed data practices are complete.

Information and purposes

Account creation collects a name, email address and password, with optional company and job title, through Supabase authentication. Workspace features process the prompts, files and connected-service data you choose to provide. Some chat state is stored in your browser under account-specific keys. The public pilot calculator runs locally and does not send its inputs.

Service providers and international transfers

The application uses Supabase for authentication and connected data services, OpenAI for supported AI requests, and Sites hosting on Cloudflare Workers. Other integrations may involve additional providers. This is not a complete verified subprocessor list. Retention, processing locations, contractual safeguards and model-training terms remain to be confirmed; no UAE-only processing or blanket no-training commitment is made.

Retention and deletion

The final policy must state retention criteria for accounts, content, logs and backups, along with the deletion process. Clearing browser data removes local copies but does not establish deletion of server-side or provider-held information.

Rights and requests

Depending on the applicable law, individuals may have rights relating to information, access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection. Identity verification and exceptions may apply. A verified request channel and response process are pending confirmation; this page does not receive requests.

UAE framework and updates

Review the federal Personal Data Protection Law and any relevant sector rules. DIFC and ADGM have separate data-protection frameworks. Qualified review must establish the applicable regime before this draft is adopted. Draft prepared 7 September 2026.
