Service and eligibility

Najem AI provides AI-assisted research, analysis, drafting and workflow tools. Users should have authority to use the service and provide the submitted material. Account eligibility and organisational contracting requirements must be confirmed in the final agreement.

User responsibilities

Use the service lawfully, protect account access and submit only information you are authorised to process. Do not misuse another person’s data, infringe intellectual property, circumvent safeguards or use the platform for unauthorised access.

AI output and professional review

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Verify material facts and obtain appropriate professional review for legal, tax, financial, employment and other consequential matters. AI output does not replace a licensed professional or authorise an external action.

Content and connected services

Users must have the necessary rights to inputs and review outputs before reuse. Ownership, licences and any permitted service-improvement use must be explicitly settled in the final terms. Third-party integrations are subject to their own conditions and permissions.

Fees, cancellation and availability

Pricing currency, VAT treatment, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be clearly disclosed before any paid commitment. No refund policy, uptime guarantee or unlimited-use entitlement is established by this draft.

Liability, disputes and operator details

The registered entity, address, governing law, competent court or dispute process, liability provisions and effective date require qualified UAE legal review. Mainland, DIFC and ADGM contexts should not be conflated. Mandatory rights cannot be excluded where applicable. Draft prepared 7 September 2026.
