Turn analysis into a report that supports a decision

Bring findings, assumptions and recommended actions into a document leadership can review. Prepare reports from Executive Council work or the research and document workspaces.

Choose the report your audience needs

Start with the decision the report should support and how much detail the reader needs. A board memo, operating review and research report should not all have the same structure.

  • Executive decision memos and option assessments.
  • Market and competitor research reports.
  • Operational reviews and project status summaries.
  • Risk assessments and action plans for further review.

Bring the working evidence together

Use Executive Council findings when you need multiple specialist perspectives. Use Research for source-led investigations or Documents when you already have approved material. Identify the reporting period, audience and source inputs before asking for a summary.

Lead with a clear recommendation

Put the key finding and proposed next step near the beginning. Explain which evidence supports it, what alternatives were considered and what would change the recommendation. Keep detailed background available without overwhelming the main narrative.

Make the numbers comparable

State the currency, period and source for material figures. Separate actual results, forecasts and illustrative scenarios. For a UAE business report, label AED amounts clearly and identify any assumptions about exchange rates or tax treatment for review.

  • Compare like-for-like periods and units.
  • Explain material variances and missing data.
  • Keep calculations traceable to supplied figures.
  • Assign owners and dates to the next actions.

Review and export the result

Use available report export controls to prepare a file for sharing. Research and Documents provide an editable workspace and Live Preview; Council results have their own report controls. Open the exported file to check layout, source links, tables and any Arabic text before distribution.

Keep the report’s status clear

Mark working drafts, unverified figures and open questions. An AI report is a decision-support document, not an audited statement or an approved board resolution. Recurring reports require a separately configured automation and available inputs; they do not refresh automatically simply because a report has been saved.

A brief to try

Prepare a monthly operating review for a UAE services business using our supplied figures. Include a one-page executive summary, AED revenue and costs, variance explanations, project risks and an action register with owners and due dates. Flag missing data and distinguish forecasts from actuals.

Illustrative example. Replace assumptions with your approved business information.

Common questions

Can I use findings from several agents?

Yes. The Executive Council brings different agent perspectives into a combined result that you can review and use as the basis for a report.

Can I edit a report before sharing?

Yes. Use Research or Documents to refine an editable report and inspect Live Preview. Review the downloaded output before circulation.

Are reports automatically updated?

No. Refresh the underlying work or configure an appropriate supported recurring task when you need a new reporting period.
