Compare suppliers fairly
Use the same criteria for every supplier: total AED cost, service scope, lead time, evidence of capability and contractual commitments. Flag missing information before ranking offers.
Plan exceptions
Prepare escalation rules for delays, quality issues and system outages. Base staffing and schedules on the organisation’s calendar, announced holidays and applicable employment arrangements.
